Chapatis with kurma

CHAPATIS

 Ingredients

wheat flour - 2 cup
salt to taste
ghee-1spoon
water-needed

Method
Step1
Heat the water and add salt , ghee. now hot water is ready
Step2
Mix 4-5 tsp hot water into wheat flour and stir with fork spoon.
Step2
After leaving hot, knead  in the bowl until elastic and less sticky and mix in enough of the remaining water to make soft dough.
Step3
Divide the dough into small balls. Take one ball of dough and dip a corner of the ball in wheat flour.

Roll it out into large round until thin thickness and soft.
Repeat the same process to roll out all chapatis.

Heat a dosa tawa and cook the chapatis until golden and speckled with brown patches. At the same time using dipped  tissue or clothes in oil or ghee , press the chapatis at random order.
now soft chapatis is ready to serve.

CHAPATIS KURMA


Ingredients
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder -1 spoon
salt to taste

To chop
onion -1
tomato-1
carrot-2
beans -4
potato-1

To grind
coconut -1/2
fennel -1tsp
garlic-5piece
ginger- 1small piece

To temper
oil-2tsp
curry,coriander leaves -needed
cloves,cinnamon,cardamon -1piece

Method
step1
 place all chopped and coconut paste.
step2
  put all temper ingredients into oil and add onion and tomato. stirring frequently until the vegetables have softened. Now add coconut paste.Then add chopped vegetable, 2 glass water , turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt.
step 3.
cover with a lid and cook until vegetable softened.
