Poori with masala




POORI



Ingredients
Maida-1/4kg
Water For Kneading
Salt To Taste
Oil For Frying

 Method
Step1
Put flour in a bowl.
Step2
Mix 1spoon oil and salt with flour in addition to water continuously until the dough is moist enough to be gathered into a rough mass.
Step3
Continue kneading until the dough becomes smooth and elastic
Step4
Make small balls from the dough and cover with lid for 15 minutes.
Step5
Take one ball of the dough and dip in oil and roll it out into small round.
Step6
Heat the frying oil in a kadai until very hot.
Step7
Put the poori into oil and flip the poori over cook other side until golden brown.

POORI MASALA


Ingredients

Potato-4
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Garlic-5piece (chopped)

For tempering
Mustard seed-1/2tsp
Curry leaves-2leaves
Seasoning
Salt to taste
Oinion-2chopped
green chilly-2 chopped
 Oil 
 
Method
Step1
To cook potato with water in a cooker.
Step2
Mash well cooked potato with turmeri powder
Step3
Pour oil in a kadai and put mustard seed,curry leaves for temper and add onion, green chilly,garlic and cook it till raw smell is gone
Step4
Then add mashed potato and 1 glass water with salt. after cooked ready to serve.
