Curd rice with instant mango pickle

CURD RICE  WITH MANGO PICKLE

  When we make curd rice proper, it will be very taste. Every one will like to eat. Many South Indian make curd rice for morning food or breakfast. When we eat curd rice with mango pickle, it will be delicious  taste. Here, given How to prepare curd rice and pickle for beginner in cooking.


Ingredients

Cooked Raw rice -1 cup
Curd -1/2 cup
Milk-1/4cup

To temper
Oil- 2spoon
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Split urad dal-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves -small quantity
Ginger-small piece finely chopped
Green chilli- finely chopped
Coriander leaves-small quantity
Salt to taste

Method:

Step1
Cooked rice should be well mashed and cool down.
Step2
Mix curd and milk.
Step3
Heat a pan  with oil and let splutter mustard  seeds and add split urad dal,curry leaves, asafoetida, ginger and green chilli.
Step4
Mix all the frying contents to the curd.Finally add these mixer to well mashed rice and add salt to taste.Then garnish with coriander leaves.

Note:
Curd rice taste depends upon curd.


EASY MANGO PICKLE

 There are lot of type to make mango pickle. Here, Given mango pickle method is very easy. Everyone make at the time of curd rise preparation. It is a yummy taste instant mango pickle for curd rice.
Ingredients:
Mango -1 wash and finely chopped
chilly powder -2 tsp
salt to taste
To temper
Gingelly oil -As your requirement or taste
mustard seeds-1tsp
Asafoetida -1 pinch

Method

Step1
Combine chopped mango,chilly powder and salt. In addition to gingelly oil with these combination .

Step 2
Heat oil in kadai, splutter mustard seeds and asafoetida.
Step3
Add the seasoning with mango combination. Its very easy to make mango pickle and ready to serve.
