How to prepare easy Garlic curry

GARLIC CURRY
 This curry is very  easy to prepare and simple ingredients. So try this recipe. 
Ingredients
Garlic- 3 whole pods or 20 slices (remove the skin)

Tomato-1
Shallots-6 
Chilly - 2 or 3

kuzhampu masala powder- 2 tsp
Tamarind - Gooseberry size


To temper
Gingilly oil - 25 ml

Cumin seeds - 2tsp

Fenugreek-1 tsp

Mustard seeds- 1 tsp



Method

Step1

Soak the tamarind pulp. Keep aside.

Step2

 In a pan, take oil and heat. Add tempering items and sputter that items. Then  add garlic, chopped shallots, chilly and tomato. Cook until it become very soft.

Step3

Now add tamarind juice and kulampu masala powder . Boil  and add some more water if it required. Cook well until getting gravy method.
