How to make quilling fringed flower
Here, we are going to learn quilling fringed flower. This is one of the quliing technique. Cutting and rolling is involved in the fringed flower. using this technique you have to make different flowers of different things according to your innovation.

Step1
Take any one of the strip and wanted color strip.
Draw a line on the strip with pencil as shown figure. This line will use neat cutting. Somebody use office bad clip for cutting. That is your wish.Use which one You feel easy .

Roll the strip in the quilling needle
Remove the strip from the needle and apply glue and press downward and align fringed flower as shown in image.
