How to make buttermilk curry

Buttermilk curry is easiest one. So add your easy preparation menu. This will also use to beginner in cooking.

Ingredients
  • Curd-1cup
  • Besan flour-2tsp
  • Turmeric powder- a pinch
  • Ginger-1small piece finely chopped
  •  Green chilli-1 chopped slicely
  • Coriander leaves- to garnish
To temper
  • Oil-2tsp
  • Mustard seeds-1tsp
  • Fenugreek-1tsp
  • cumin seeds-1tsp
  • Red chilli-2
  • Asafoetida- a Pinch
  • Garlic-3piece optional roast in oil and add
  • Curry leaves-1
Method
Step1
Beat the curd with any spoon. When you beat the curd, no need to add water. After that add besan flour and turmeric powder. Keep aside.
Step2
Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds. once it splutter, add the fenugreek,cumin, dry red chillies, asafoetida and curry leaves.
Add  chopped items and saute for a minute. Reduce the flames and add coriander leaves.Allow to warm and light off the stove.
Serve with white rice.

Note:
If you want to add any vegetables like ladies finger or snake gourd,  you have to add  water and vegetable after tempered . After cooked that vegetable, follow remaining procedure.
