How to make tamarind curry
Hi all, Today i am going to share tamarind curry in south indian daily menu.This recipe is useful to beginner in cooking.

Step1
Soak tamarind in water . After sometimes prepare tamarind juice and keep aside.
Step2
Take one vessels and put ground paste and kuzhambu masala powder and add needed water. Bring into boil and add tamarind juice. When it is boiling, add wanted vegetable like tomato, drumstick.
Step3
After cooked all vegetable, heat the oil in a pan and add all tempering items and pour into cooked tamarind curry.
Tamarind curry is ready. Serve with white rice.
